Co-created by a code for drawing which mirrors the artist’s lines while adding unexpected shapes of colour.
Concept:
The installation plays with the idea of wallflowers looking down at the dancers on the floor, where the work becomes the spectator and the viewers the work. The work is placed higher, forcing the eye upward with colours shapes and symmetry (age-old tools used to portray deities and places of worship). The work tentatively protrudes into the space of the visitor.
Is it possible to join creative forces with AI (Artificial Intelligence) to create together, or will we continue to think about ‘us’ and ‘them’.
